Base Class: Barbarian
Chargebreaker Barbarians are barbarians with a devout sense of justice. Whether that be because of past experiences, devotion to a higher power, or just because of their nature, a Chargebreaker Barbarian harnesses the impartial judge that is electricity.
Havoc
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel the power of electricity when you rage. While you're raging, your unarmed strikes do 1d12 lightning or thunder damage (You choose when you begin your rage). If you have the extra attack feature, you can forego both attacks and slam your fist down on the ground, causing all creatures in a 10 foot radius to take either lightning or thunder damage equal to 1d6 + your barbarian level.
The unarmed strike damage increases to 2d12 at 10th level.
Conduit
Once you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
Thunder Baricade
Beginning at 6th level, you can place down a clear shield made of lightning. It is 1ft thick, 10ft wide, and varies in height. You can choose between two forms:
Towering: A 10ft tall barricade that gives full cover. Blocks line of sight for the purpose of spell effects and weapon attacks.
Rally: 5ft tall barricade that gives half cover. Any creature directly behind it ignores the loading property on ranged weapons, and can cast spells with out somatic or verbal components.
You can only use this feature once per short/long rest. You can use it twice per rest starting at 14th level.
Overpowering shock
At 10th level, your electricity becomes potent enough to power through the toughest of foes. Lightning and thunder damage ignore resistances.
Also, you become immune to the aforementioned damage types.
Static Arena
Starting at 14th level, whenever a hostile creature enters within 5ft of you or your barricade, you can use your reaction to either blind them with a flash of light, or stun them with a zap of electricity. This status effect lasts until the end of your next turn.
