Base Class: Bard
College of Harlequins bards see no distinction between art and war. They see it is their duty to keep the legend of the great battle of the Cataclysm alive through their terrific performance, either on stage or on the battle field.
Harlequin's Inspiration
At 3rd level, you are inspired when bathing in the heat of a fight. You can spend a bardic inspiration, roll it, and add the number rolled to your next attack, and increase your movement speed by 5 x the number rolled.
Terrific Performance
You strike down your enemies in a magnificent way that inspired fear in those who are still alive. Whenever you kill an enemy all other enemies within 15 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC, creatures that fail have disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of your next turn.
In addition, you gain the Two Weapon Fighting fighting style.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Improved Harlequin's Inspiration
At level 6, whenever you defeat an enemy you regain one spent bardic inspiration.
Improved Terrific Performance
At 14th level, you strike down your enemies in a magnificent way that inspired fear in those who are still alive. Whenever you defeat an enemy all other enemies within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC, on a failure they take psychic damage equal to two rolls of your bardic inspiration dice and has disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of your next turn. On a success they take half as much damage and suffer no disadvantage.
