You can cast Hunter’s Mark, at a level equal to your Pact Magic spell slot, without expending a spell slot. In addition, you get the following benefits:

  • You gain a bonus to damage rolls against the marked target. The bonus equals your proficiency bonus.
  • Any attack roll you make against the cursed target is a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.
  • If the marked target dies, you can use your bonus action or reaction mark a new target.

You can’t cast Hunter’s Mark in this way again until you finish a short or long rest.

Wild Hunter

At 1st level, you acquire the training necessary to effectively arm yourself for battle. You gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, simple weapons and martial ranged weapons.

The influence of your patron also allows you to mystically channel your will through a particular weapon. Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon that you are proficient with. This Weapons counts as a spell casting focus for you and when you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest. If you later gain the Pact of the Blade feature, this benefit extends to every pact weapon you conjure with that feature, no matter the weapon's type. When you are using a Long bow as a spell casting focus, you can double the range of your cantrips which uses an attack roll, if you use a short bow as a spell casting focus, you don’t impose disadvantage for being 5 feet of a hostile create for your cantrips.

Extra Attack

The Wild Hunt drives you to attack with the fervor of a true predator. Beginning at 6 level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Precise Hunter

Also, you don’t need to maintain concentration on Hunter’s mark for the full duration and you can treat it as a hex for the use of other class features such as the Relentless Hex Invocation.

Hunter’s insight

At 10th level, your attention at your marked target grows. If the target marked by your Hunter’s Mark hit you with an attack roll, you can add your Charisma modifier to your armor class which could lead to a miss.

  • You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from all non-magical attacks.
