Base Class: Bard
The Bards of the College of Reconciliation are dedicated to protecting their monastery of healing and communicating with those of their order who are sent beyond its walls. Known to most only as Sculptors, they hone their talents within the secluded mountain fortress known as The Monastery of The Afflicated alongside the monks of The Way of Mercy and their Wardens.
The performances of the Sculptors are a blend of ancient martial artistry and generations of musical lore which serve to heal the sick, mould nightmares into dreams, usher restless souls to a peaceful afterlife, and ultimately bend the surrounding tundra of their snowy mountain monastery to their will. A Sculptor's life is dedicated to the tireless persuit of perfection within their craft and, along with the rest of their order, make what they can from the materials of their humble existence.
Scupltors weild an instrument known as a Song Spear. A long, metallic spear with a hollow shaft. As the Sculptor spins and twirls the spear around their body it catches the air around them. Covering the holes dotted along the shaft, often with the use of a mage hand, allows it to be played like a giant spinning flute gliding along the mountain winds.
Sculptor of Fate
The winds of the mountain reach you wherever you are. You learn the Druidcraft and Spare the Dying cantrips, they don't count against the number of bard cantrips you know.
Song of the Slumbering Mountains
Also at 3rd level, your understanding of the rested soul reaches new levels, your Song of Rest can now be used during a long or short rest.
Additionally, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration while performing your song. When you do so, choose a number of creatures you can see and that can see you within 30 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each creature gains 5 temporary hit points. While a creature has these temporary hit points, it can add an extra Bardic Inspiration die to the next saving throw that it makes.
The number of temporary hit points increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 8 at 5th level, 11 at 10th level, and 14 at 15th level.
Synergy of the Spears
At 6th Level you are able to use your abilities to manipulate the arcane threads spun by others. When a friendly creature within 15 ft of you casts a spell of 1st level or higher, you can use your reaction to replenish one of your Bardic die. You can use this ability once per long rest.
You can use this ability twice per long rest when you reach 10th level, and three times when you reach 14th.
Wind Walker
At 14th Level, you have deepened your understanding of the elements, specifically air. You can cast the Wind Walk spell once per long rest without needing material components or expending a spell slot.
Additionally, if a creature who you have granted temporary hit points through the use of your Song of the Slumbering Mountains ability is hit with a melee attack while they have those hit points, the attacking creature takes 5 force damage as a swirling wind strikes in retaliation.
