Base Class: Warlock
Within the Void wakes an entity beyond imagination, beyond the weakness of flesh and form. Within this state you feel the chains and the blades, the manifestation of violence and confinement. As you awaken in the darkness and the night, you feel the beating drums of your heart. Each beat rumbling through your frame as you feel the strings of destiny as the Void calls upon you. Between violence and confinement, you must choose. Or perhaps there is a balance?
The Contract
From the very start as you awaken, you feel the contract in your mind. Whenever you use one of your class abilities, you may roll a d4. If it lands on 4, you regenerate your warlock level in health.
The influence of the void hardens you against the entropy of flesh forcing your constitution to be set to 20.
Soul Mending/Breaching
When you strike an enemy while shackling yourself, you regenerate your warlock level in health.
When you strike an enemy while unshackled, you cause them to suffer your warlock level in force damage.
Shackle the Soul
At 1st level, you understand how to bind your soul to better protect yourself as well as strike your enemies.
As a bonus action and for a tenth of your health rounded up, you can summon chains of the Void out of the soul of another within 30 feet. By binding your own soul with these chains you apply your warlock level in force damage to the enemy while gaining resistance to all damage with the benefits of Haste: +2 AC, advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and an additional action per turn.
This effect persists until you unshackle your soul and can be recast.
Gaze of the Voidwoken
Starting at 6th level, as an action, you can gaze with the power of the void to strike a target within your sight line. The oppressive power of the Void strikes fear into the hearts of many, even if they are ignorant of it. The target takes twice your warlock level in force damage which you recover as health, and must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save dc to survive against the secondary effects of gaze. If the target fails the roll they are stunned for a turn and given the effects of Slow for two turns.
Simplified Slow Reference:
Speed halved
-2 ac
-2 dexterity saves
Either Action or Bonus Action, cannot use both
Roll a d20, 11 or higher they cannot cast a spell that turn
As your connection to the void tightens further your constitution is now set to 25.
Unshackled Soul
At 10th level, you understand how to release your soul to better strike at your enemies and all it cost was your resistance.
As a bonus action and for a tenth of your health rounded up, you can release chains of the Void from your soul out to strike another within 30 feet. By releasing your soul from the chains you apply your warlock level in force damage to the enemy while gaining your charisma modifier as bonus damage to your spells (manually add it while you are unshackled) as well as the benefits of Haste: +2 AC, advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and an additional action per turn. Thanks to how long you shackled yourself, you have gained an inherent resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
This effect persists until you shackle your soul and can be recast.
Armageddon
Starting at 14th level, as two actions once every three turns, you can summon a portal to the void from which is released an uncountable amount of etheric blades that deal 4 times your warlock level in damage to a single target. As the arbiter of such wrath you redirect damage into the endless void instead of you, gaining resistance to all damage for two turns.
With how close you are to the Void now, your constitution is set at 30.
