 phoenix spells:

 when you gain this college you gain the following spells as bard spells:
level 1: bless, shield of faith
level 2: flame blade, scorching ray
level 3: mass healing word, daylight
level 4: wall of fire, fireshield
level 5: reincarnate, dawn

phoenix fire:

starting at 3rd level you gain the eldritch blast cantrip but you may replace the damage with radiant or fire damage.
in addition you may, as a bonus action, expend one bardic inspiration and select one creature within 60 ft. that creature regains a equal amount of hitpoints equal to
the bardic dice + your wisdom modifier. in addition if the creature has 0 hitpoints it gains the result in temp hitpoints.

mantle of ash and fire

starting at level 3 you can invoke a mantle of ash and fire to form around you, provided you arent wearing heavy armor.
you can use your bonus action to invoke this mantle, lasting for a full minute or untill you are incapacitated, don heavy armour or use a bonus action to
stop it early.
you gain the following benefits:
-you emit 10 feet of bright light and a additional 10 feet of dim lighth
-you gain resistance to fire damage and gain a bonus to your ac equals to your wisdom modifier (minumum of 0)
-you gain advantage on consitution and wisdom related skills and saves

you can use this bonus action a amount of times equal to your Proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a long rest

ashen claw and talon

starting at 6th level your magic gets infused with the phoenicians energy.
when using a bard spell or cantrip that heals hitpoints or give temp hitpoints you may add your wisdom modifier to the amount of hitpoints
in addition when making a melee attack or a attack/spell that deals fire or radiant damage you may add your wisdom modifier to the damage in fire or radiant damage.

mantle of the phoenix reborn

starting at 14th level, whenever you invoke a mantle of ash and fire you gain the added benefits
-you gain immunity against fire damage instead of resistance
-you gain a flight speed equal to your walking speed
-if you are reduced to 0 hitpoints, you may use your reaction to expend any amount of remaining hitdice to heal and ignore any penalties from being reduced to 0 hitpoints.
