Bard
Base Class: Bard

Conducting is the art of controlling the music, with the subtle swings of your arms causing ebbs and flows of the music. The same is true for work on the battle field. Every party needs someone to lead them, causing the group of mismatched adventurers to work as a team. That is what the College of Conducting Bards do best.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Conducting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Arcana and with Intelligence Saving Throws.

Battlefield Control

At 3rd level, you become more adept at conducting the battle field. As a bonus action, when you expend a use of Bardic Inspiration, you can allow one of your allies who you can see to use either a bonus action, an attack action or movement as their reaction. They also gain the normal benefits of Bardic Inspiration.

Leading Words

Starting at 6th level, you become a leader to your allies. As an action, you can target an ally within 30ft of you who you can see, and utter admiring words. Until the end of your next turn, they have advantage on all attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Master of the Battlefield

Starting at 14th level, you become a Master of the Battlefield. Whenever you cast a buffing spell on your turn, you can double the number of people it can affect. For example, you can cast Haste on two people rather than one. If it is a concentration spell, then the concentration would drop on all affected targets when the concentration drops.

Additionally, whenever someone uses their bardic inspiration, they gain temporary hit points equal to the number they rolled.

You can use the first part of this ability a number of times equal to your charisma modifier per long rest.
