Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Celestial are peacekeepers and protectors of their chosen kin. These monks meditate to achieve a greater understanding of a divine being, granting them the ability to channel celestial energies into their own. These martial defenders are pensive, patient, and understanding, but offer little mercy when evil intentions are made clear.
Soul-Searching Strike
At 3rd level, you can spend 1 Ki point when you touch a creature to peer into its soul. For one minute, you have advantage on any Wisdom(Insight) checks made to interact with that creature, and the next attack roll you make against that creature before the end of your turn has advantage. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Ki save DC. On a failed save you become aware of the creature's emotional state and its most obvious desires.
If you use this feature when you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you do not need to spend a Ki point to use it.
Celestial Presence
At 6th level, you can choose to channel your soul into your allies, empowering them. As a bonus action, you can activate your Celestial Presence. While active, your celestial presence allows a number of your allies you can see up to your proficiency bonus to add your wisdom modifier to all saving throws (minimum of +1). This lasts for 10 minutes, or until you dismiss it as a bonus action. Once used, you must complete a short rest before you can use this feature again.
Additionally, while your Celestial Presence is active and you hit with an unarmed strike or monk weapon, you may expend 1 ki points to deal radiant damage equal to one roll of your martial arts die. This damage increases by one roll for each additional ki point you spend, to a maximum of five rolls.
Celestial Blessing
At 11th level, you gain the ability to channel your soul to empower yourself in all aspects of life. You can spend 1 ki point to add your martial arts die to any ability check you have proficiency in or spend 3 ki points if you do not have proficiency. You may use this feature after the dice has been rolled but before the effect has been declared.
At 17th level, you can use this ability also for allies' rolls that you can see.
Improved Celestial Presence
At 17th level, you have begun to embody the divinity of a god. You may use your Celestial Presence feature a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier (minimum of once). You regain all uses after a short rest. When you activate your Celestial Presence feature, if your unarmored defence feature is active, your armour class increases by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus.
Additionally, any creature affected by your Celestial Presence is immune to being frightened or charmed, and all attacks by them deal additional radiant damage equal to one roll of your martial arts die.
