Heart's Melody

When you join the College of Romance at 3rd level, you gain the ability to weave a song of fey magic that imbues your allies with vigor and speed.

As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to aid others in the pursuit of love. When you do so, choose a number of creatures you can see and that can see you within 60 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each of them gains advantage on Charisma(Persuasion) and Charisma(Deception) checks. When a creature makes one of these checks with advantage, it can add 1d4 after the check is rolled, but before the outcome is determined by the DM.

The number of bonus dice increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 2 at 5th level, 3 at 10th level, and 4 at 15th level.

Sweet Nothings

Starting at 3rd level, you can sweet talk your way into anyone's heart.

If you whisper for at least 1 minute, you can attempt to ensnare a listener with an aura of allure. At the end of the whispers, choose a humanoid within five feet of you who listened to all of it. the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you for a number of hours equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you, it speaks glowingly of you to anyone who talks to it, and it hinders anyone who opposes you, although it avoids violence unless it was already inclined to fight on your behalf. This effect ends on a target if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.

If a target succeeds on its saving throw, the target has no hint that you tried to charm it.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Heart's Desire

At 6th level, you possess an enchanting influence over the hearts of others. As an action, you can choose a creature you can see within 30 feet of you and force them to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the target becomes charmed by you for 1 hour, as if affected by  the Philter of Love. While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you and regards you as its true love.

While charmed, the target's speed is halved, and it has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you. The target also cannot willingly move to a space more than 30 feet away from you. The effect ends early if you or your allies harm the target or if the target can no longer see or hear you.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Master of Hearts

At 14th level, your mastery over emotional connections extends to granting rejuvenation and solace to those you care for deeply. During a short rest, you can choose one willing creature you can see. You spend the rest doting on and cajoling that creature, creating an atmosphere of comfort and affection. At the end of the short rest, the chosen creature gains the benefits of a long rest, as if they had completed a full night's sleep.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
