Silver Chord
3rd-level College of Synchronicity feature
You are a master at saying the right thing at the right time. When you make a Charisma (Persuasion), Charisma (Performance), or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Fortuitous Flourish
3rd-level College of Synchronicity feature
You can spin words laced with a lucky flare that unsettle or bolster a creature and cause it to doubt or believe in itself. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature must subtract or add (your choice) the number rolled from the next saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn.
Twist of Fate
6th-level College of Synchronicity feature
As an action, you can use one of your Bardic Inspiration uses to grant a creature other than yourself within 30 feet of you a temporary pool of lucky points. The pool contains a number of points equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). Whenever the target makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, they can spend one lucky point to roll an additional d20 and choose which roll to use. The pool remains as long as you maintain concentration on the target. Once this feature has been used, it cannot be used again until you complete a long rest.
Fortune's Gambit
6th-level College of Synchronicity feature
You can take a calculated risk to potentially alter the outcome of an event. Whenever you roll a Bardic Inspiration die, you can choose to maximize the result, treating it as the highest number it can roll. You must choose to do this before you know whether or not the roll was successful or a failure. If the outcome does not equate to a success, you then must subtract that amount from your next ability check, attack roll, or saving throw you make.
Fateful Encore
14th-level College of Synchronicity feature
As a Master of luck and serendipity, you can now weave the threads of fate in extraordinary ways. When you use Bardic Inspiration, you can choose to empower it with a Fateful Encore. When a creature rolls a Bardic Inspiration die and adds it to an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, they can choose another creature that they can see within 60 ft of them granting them a Bardic Inspiration die to be used on their next roll. This additional die can be rolled only once and cannot be further multiplied by other abilities or features.
