Base Class: Bard
You have just finished your education have learned the need to take your fiery passion to another level. So much so that you notice that your fiery passion has started to manifest for real. With such a delight, you now travel the world, seeking to share your burning passion for the arts with others and show them how you feel.
Fire from the Heart
When you join the College of Flare at 3rd level, your Bardic inspiration grants those you inspire to be warmed by the power radiating from you. When you use your Bardic inspiration on a creature, the following Benefits come into play:
* While the creature has Bardic inspiration, you and that creature are resistant to fire until the Bardic inspiration is used. If one of you is already fire resistant, you can choose for both of you to be cold resistant instead.
* When the creature makes an attack roll and uses the Bardic inspiration and hits the target, the target also Suffers 2d6 fire damage. This damage increases to 3d6 at level 7, 4d6 at level 11 and 5d6 at level 14.
Flame of Knowledge
Also at 3rd level, you gain knowledge of the flame with-in you and are able to bring if forward through your magic. You learn Fire Bolt as a cantrip as well as Hellish Rebuke and Scorching Ray, which doesn’t count against the number of bard spells you know. These spells are always prepared and and count as bard spells when casting them.
Spark of Fury
At 6th level, you are able to speak to others in a way that a fury begins to flare up within them. Which then allows them to be more bold in combat, withstand physical wounds they otherwise wouldn't and able to find strength within them they otherwise wouldn't. As an action, you can choose a creature that is within 10 feet of hearing distance of you and grant them the follow effects:
- They have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
- When they make a melee weapon attack, they gain +2 damage on a hit
- They have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
If your targets are able to cast spells, they can’t cast them or concentrate on them while raging. This feature does not stack with the Barbarian's Rage feature.
This feature lasts for 1 minute. It ends early on the target creature if they're knocked unconscious or if their turn ends and they haven’t attacked a hostile creature since they're last turn or taken damage since then.
Once you have used this feature, you cannot use this feature until you have completed a long rest. The the number of uses before completing a long rest increases to 2 at level 10, 3 at level 14 and 4 at level 18.
Lingering Flames
Starting at 14th level, you gain the following features. After a creature uses your Bardic Inspiration, you are both still are resistant to Fire or Cold Damage (depending on what you choose beforehand) and this effect lasts for one hour. Additionally, the creature can choose when they can inflict the fire damage they gain from from your Bardic inspiration, even after they have used the Bardic inspiration. This effect ends once the creature chooses to inflict the fire damage or 10 minutes have passed.
Hungering Flames
Also at 14th Level, you can make a creature you can see within 60 feet of you make a constitution saving throw, as a bonus action. On a fail, the creature loses resistance to fire for 1 minute. For the duration, the target also takes an additional 1d6 of fire damage from a fire spell you cast that inflicts fire damage or if they take fire damage from a creature that chooses to use the fire damage they gain from your Baric Inspiration. On a Successful save, the the target is unaffected.
This feature doesn't work on creatures that are immune to fire.
You can use this feature equal as many times equal to your half of your proficiency bonus, rounded up and can regain all expended uses after completing a long rest.
