The Spellfist Sorcerer

Your lack of talent for sorcery doesn't allow you to cast spells correctly. Every spell you cast just hit melee foes. The way of the Spellfist is not for the powerfull ones, but the ones who has no other option.

 

Spell fist lvl 1

As nobody wanted to teach a non talented boy, you have learned to fight  by your own.

• Any time your spells or cantrips do damage and you have not a weapon equiped, you do a 1d6 + Strength or Dexterity modifier as extra damage if the target is at your side.Damage increase 1d6 at level 5 (2d6), 10(3d6),15(4d6)20(5d6)
• You gain you Charisma modifiers as bonus Armor Class.

Sense of Danger lvl 1

You are weak, you know it.

You gain the ability to use dash, disengage and hide as bonus actions. Being hidden is this way does not give you advantage on you melee spell casting.

Combat Mastery lvl 6

You can choose between 2 combat styles. Focusing on casting as Arcane Fighter or using a weapon as a extension of youself as a Spellblader.

Arcane Figther

Allow you to cast twice instead of once, whenever you use the Cast a Spell action and the spell cast is a cantrip.

 

Spellblader

Now, you are able to spend a sorcery point and enchant a weapon by 4 hours that lacks the two-handed property.

• Add your Charisma modifier as bonus damage.
• You can mantain the Spell fist trait while wielding this weapon . 
• The damage of the weapon becomes magical damage.
• You can use this weapon as bonus action.

If you drop the enchanted weapong for more than a minute, it lose all his properties.

Arcane Protection lvl 14

Any time a foe hit you, you may spend a sorcerer point to reduce the damage to half.

Counter Attack! lvl 18

You learn how to improve your body and mind by your arcane powers. When a foe hit you, you may spend a sorcery point to react using a spell (Arcane fighter) or weapon attack (Spellblader) if the foe is at your melee range.

If the attacker is out of your range, you can use your reaction to move close to him doing a magic leap on an empty space.

Is the attacker is out of your range and you cannot see him, you don't react.
