Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

Clerics who choose the Dominion of Empathy adhere to the principles of solidarity, altruism and cooperation in the quest for a better world. They follow the example of Oketra, the High Priestess and messenger of the goddess Elysia, who guides her followers to unite in just and benevolent actions to build a harmonious and dignified society.

Bonus Proficiency

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with heavy armor.

Solidarity Action

Also at 1st level, when you take the Aid action to help an ally, you can perform a weapon attack as an additional action. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum once). You recover the uses spent when you finish a long rest.

Channel Divinity: Aura of empathy

From the 2nd level, you can use your Divinity Channel to radiate an aura of empathy that influences those around you.

As an action, you present your holy symbol and project emotions and feelings of solidarity through your aura. Choose any creature within 30 feet of you to allow it to have an extra saving throw against an effect that causes fear, enchantment, or stun.
You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier and you regain all applications spent after a long rest.

Channel Divinity: Blessing of Oketra

At 6th level, when a creature within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use your reaction to grant that creature a +10 bonus to the roll, using your Channel Divinity. You make this choice after seeing the roll, but before the DM says whether the attack hits or misses.

Divine Strike

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Unifying Presence

At 17th level, you can use an action to radiate a unifying presence for 1 minute. While active, allied creatures within 30 feet of you have resistance to all damage. In addition, once during each of your turns, when an allied creature within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to take a portion of that damage instead. This feature can be used a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier and is regained after completing a long rest.
