Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the Way of the Clenched Fist are the primary rivals to the Way of the Open Hand. They focus on raw power, explosive bursts, and sheer endurance to overwhelm opponents. The combat style of the Clenched Fist is the most aggressive and offensively focused of the monastic styles, utilizing techniques for a strong offense, on the philosophy that defense is unnecessary when your foes lie broken.

Stone-Breaker Body

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your training allows you to infuse your ki more easily into your muscles, making them sturdier than most.

You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Strength Modifier.

Ki Explosion

Also starting at level 3, your proficiency in adding ki to your attacks allows for miraculous burst of explosive power.

Whenever you land an Attack, you may spend 1 Ki point and call a number between 1 and 6. Then, roll 1d6. If the number you called is the one you land on, roll an additional dice for your Attack and add the result to your Damage total. You may do this for as long as you land on the correct number, without spending an additional Ki point.

Mastery of Strength

At 6th level, through focus and mastery, you gain the ability to make your Ki explode at will.

You may use 1 Ki point in order to guarantee 1 Ki Explosion on your next Unarmed Strike. This must be called before knowing whether the Attack hits or not. The number of Ki points you can use in this way and the number of guaranteed Ki Explosion goes up as you level up in this class (2 at 11th Level, 3 at 17th)

Shield-Breaker

Beginning at 11th level, your training allows you to break through your foes' defenses, gaining some in return.

When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can spend 3 Ki points to roll an additional Martial Arts die for your damage. Additionally, if the target of your Attack has any Temporary Hit Pointsremove all of them before the damage is applied. You gain Temporary Hit Points equal to half of what was removed.

You can use this feature a number of time equal to your Proficiency Bonus every Long Rest.

Additionally, the number of Ki points you can spend on Mastery of Strength increases to 2.

Focus and Conquer

At 17th level, you gain the ability to focus your mind, body and Ki towards a single goal: the destruction of your ennemies.

You may spend 5 Ki points in order to enter the Focus stance for 1 minute. While in this stance, the die you roll for your Ki Exposions turn into a d4 and you don't need to spend Ki Points to initiate a Ki Explosion. You may use this feature a number of time equal to your Proficiency Bonus. This feature resets on a Long Rest.

Additionally, the number of Ki points you can spend on Mastery of Strength increases to 3.
