Base Class: Monk
Monastic Tradition of Pummeling the shit out of opponents, giving them no chance to strike back.
Disarming Strike
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can expend a Ki point, to manipulate your enemy’s grip when you hit them with an unarmed strike.
- It must succeed on a Strength saving throw or drop a weapon or shield it is holding. If it is holding more than one item, the target can choose which item they drop.
Opportunistic Focus
At 6th level, you gain the ability to enhance your focus during battle. Once per round, when you have used your reaction during another creature's turn, you can expend a Ki point in order to gain another reaction, to a maximum of 2 additional reactions.
This ability still applies when the character has the Sentinel Feat or any other ability affecting reactions.
Unbroken Concentration
Beginning at 11th level, you gain immense focus during battle. Once per short or long rest, as a bonus action, you can target a creature within 30ft and shift your full attention onto that creature for one minute.
During this time you gain the following benefits:
- Advantage on the first attack role against this creature on your turn.
- Advantage on all reaction based attacks against this creature.
- Disadvantage when attacking a creature other than the specified creature.
Crushing Assault
At 17th level, you gain the ability to destroy armour when you strike. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can expend 4 Ki points to force the creature to make a Strength saving throw and add half their AC bonus to the roll (Example, plate armour: 18AC = +4).
On a failure, the creature's armour is shattered and their armour becomes as half as protective as it once was and the target takes 4d8 Bludgeoning Damage. On a success, the armour is unaffected and the target takes half damage.
Whenever this ability is used against a creature with natural armour, it gains a +1 bonus to the roll. And on a failed save, the creature takes 8d8 Bludgeoning Damage. Half on a successful save.
