Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

You wear an artifact known as the Black Mask, a sentient mask with immense magical power. Look for my item named 'Black Mask'. It goes with this.

Visage of the mask

When your mask is active, you gain advantage on intimidation checks.

Spell Mask

When you cast a spell, you may spend 1 sorcery point to instead manifest it as a mask on the face of another creature. When you choose, or when circumstances you specify are met, the spell triggers as you targeted the mask wearer. The mask wearer is blinded, deafened, unable to speak, or any combination of the three (your choice) until the mask is triggered.

Inhabit Mask

While your mask is active, as an action, you may retreat into your mask. This brings you into a room similair to one created by the demiplane spell. You may bring anything you are touching with you, but you don't have to. You may leave this room as a bonus action, appearing, standing, in the masks space with it on your face. Another creature may wear the mask while you are in the mask. You may take control of any creature with an Intelligence score less than yours who is wearing the mask. You may telepathically communicate with a creature wearing the mask. If you exit the mask while a creature wears it, they are pushed to an empty space within 5 feet of the masks space and you reappear as normal.

Influence of the Mask

You and the Black Mask have a bond that goes down to the soul. Thrice per long rest, you may cause another creature of your choice to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, you gain complete and total control over them for an hour. On a success, you take 8d10 psychic damage. The DC is you spell save DC.

Whether they succeed or fail, make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you get one step closer to Lawful Evil in alignment. Change from Chaotic to Neutral, and Neutral to Lawful. Once your alignment is Lawful, go from Good to Neutral, and Neutral to Evil. On a success, nothing changes. If you roll a natural 20, go one step backwards, reversing the process. (Evil-Neutral before Lawful-Neutral) If you are at your original alignment, a natural 20 changes nothing.

Soul Mask

When you kill a creature with a spell from your spellcasting class feature, you may have the mask absorb the creatures soul and the body disappears. You may have a maximum amount of souls in the mask equal to your Charisma modifier. As an action, you may release a soul from the mask, causing that creature to appear at a point if your choice you can see. The creature is completely under your control, it acts on it's own initiative count but you determine what it does. You have no restrictions on what creatures you may capture, but the soul is lost if the creature dies after being released. You may have the soul of any creature you releases return to the mask, whereupon the body disappears again. You may find the creatures in the mask, either in the room or a mirror on the walls if there is one. You cannot reclaim a soul if you can not see the object or creature it is contained in. If the mask absorbs a creatures soul (including players, oh, and you can use this entire feature on players, too) as a result of them dying while wearing it without a clone, you may summon the creature (or player) as well. You may release any soul contained within the mask at any time, freeing it to be resurrected or sent to the afterlife.

Additionally, you are immune to any effects that would affect your soul, unless you allow them to affect it.
