Base Class: Warlock
The warlock has made a pact with the deity of plagues and disease. While this grants the warlock the strength to combat these illnesses, they now spread them wherever they go through the use of their magic. These powerful illnesses can reek havoc on those who hang to close to the inflicted, especially those who have found themselves the target of the warlock's spells. These symptoms weaken the target, making it far easier to land a killing blow while not putting yourself in harm's way.

Miasmic Blessing
Starting at 1st level, you are blessed with heightened immune system (+2 to CON) and a resistance to all ailments, this gives you resistance to poison and disease.
Inflictions
Starting at 1st level, the warlock can infuse their eldritch blast with various symptoms and maladies graciously provided by their patron. Upon hitting someone with eldritch blast, have the target roll a CON saving throw equal to the caster's spell save DC. If failed, choose one effect to apply.
Paranoia- Frightened until the start of their next turn.
Brain Fog- Charmed until the start of their next turn.
Softening flesh- AC decreased by 1 until the end of their next turn.
sluggish- lose 10 feet of movement until the end of their next turn.
Choking aura
Starting at 6th level, you can call on your patron to bless the area with their holy illnesses. When you see someone make an ability check or a saving throw, you can use this feature to subtract a d10 to their roll. You can do so after seeing the initial roll but before any of the roll’s effects occur.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Host of Plagues
Starting at 6th level, your understanding and connection to various diseases deepens, allowing the caster to inflict even more deadly and varied inflictions. The casting system is the same as in inflictions.
Muscle tears- The inflicted can only make one attack per turn regardless of multi-attack abilities.
Cancerous- Cannot regain hitpoints until the end of their next turn.
Plague's breath- Take an additional 1d6 necrotic damage at the end of the turn.
Perfected Immunity
Starting at 10th level, you've gained full immunity to all poison and diseases.
Infecting touch
Starting at 10th level, Plagues are so thoroughly ingrained into your very soul that even your touch spreads disease. When making a melee attack, add 2d4 poison damage to the total.
The Herald of death
At 10th level, the warlock is a master of all maladies, strengthening the inflictions caused by Eldritch Blast and increasing variety. Each blast now adds their Prof. bonus to the DC of the Con save.
Flesh Liquefaction- The target's AC is reduced by 2 until the end of their next turn.
Sapped energy- The target has disadvantage on the next ability check they make.
Ring around the Rosie- Take a additional 2d8 necrotic damage.
Paralysis- Reduce the target's movement to 0.
Visit to the plague's domain
Starting at 14th level, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can use this feature to instantly transport the target to your patron's domain. The creature disappears and hurtles through a rotten and plague riddled landscape.
At the end of your next turn, the target returns to the space it previously occupied, or the nearest unoccupied space. If the target is not a fiend, it takes 5d10 poison damage and 4d10 necrotic damage from merely breathing in the putrid area. They also suffer 2 of the effects of Contagion, decided through random chance or the Player.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
