Base Class: Cleric
Your patron god is Garl Glittergold. You can pay gold to enhance your spellcasting. People who receive healing from you can enhance that healing...if they pay their premiums.
Pay your Premium
Starting at First Level your healing spells can consume a sliver of life to better restore health.
Whenever you cast a spell of first level or higher to restore hit points to a creature (which can be yourself) the creature can choose to expend one of it's hit dice to regain additional hit points equal to it's roll. If the creature chooses to expend a hit dice in this way it must pay gold equal to the amount of the hit dice. (example: if the creatures hit dice is a d10, they must pay 10g)
Divine Deductible
Starting at Second Level you can use your Channel Divinity to sacrifice a bounty of wealth to your deity in return for a service.
Once per turn when you Cast a Spell of 1st Level or higher, you can substitute an amount of gold equal to 10 times the Level of the Spell to cast it without expending a Spell Slot or material components.
The Spell must be of a Level you can cast and if the spell has a material component with a GP requirement, half the GP cost of the component (rounded up) is added to the Gold Cost for this feature.
The Gold Standard
You now offer a Premium service for a higher Premium.
When creatures use the Pay your Premium feature to regain hit points, they may pay double to gain advantage on their next Attack Roll or Ability Check.
Cost of Living
Once on each of your turns when you Cast a Spell and successfully damage a Creature you can expend one of your hit dice and add the number rolled + your proficiency bonus as additional radiant or necrotic damage (your choice). When you reach 14th Level you may expend two hit dice in this way.
Medicaid Tax
Starting at 17th Level Once per turn when you Cast a Spell of 1st Level or higher that increases a Creature's Hit Points and/or Buffs a Creature (example: Bless, Sanctuary, Haste, etc..) that creature must add a 5% tax to any Gold spent until they complete two long rests. The 5% tax is payed to the Golden Domain Cleric to be used for "Health Related Costs".
