Siphon Magic

You may consume ambient or hostile magic, bending it to your will. When you receive damage from a magical source besides yourself, you may use your reaction to regain your lowest expended spell slot. The spell slot must be of a level equal to or less than your proficiency bonus. You may use this feature twice per short rest. You may use this feature three times per short rest at 5th level, 4 times at 10th level, and five times at 15th level. The magical damage may be from a spell, a magic weapon, or magical ability. Alternatively, you may expend two uses of this as an action to touch one magic object or area of magical effect to regain a spell slot in the same way. The object or area you touch becomes mundane and loses all magical properties for one minute. The object or area can be no larger than 5 feet in any dimension.

Mana Burn

At the 2nd level, when using your Siphon Magic ability, you can also force the target to lose one of their lowest available spell slots, if possible.

Fatigue Spell

At level 6, when a target fails a saving throw against one of your spells, you may cause that creature to subtract a d4 from any attack rolls, saving throws, or ability checks it makes in the next minute. If a target fails a subsequent saving throw against one of your spells, you may use this feature again to increase the size of this die by one, up to a maximum of 1d8. You may use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to Con + proficiency.

Prime Negation

When you reach level 10, once per short rest, when a creature you can see fails a saving throw to a spell or magical effect, you may use your reaction to treat it as if they succeeded on the save. If succeeding on the save would grant them half damage, they take none instead.

Sapping Strike

At the 14th level, when you hit a creature with a spell attack of 1st level or higher, the creature also loses their lowest available spell slot. You may do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
