Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

A true warrior must harness their strength from all sources. Those brave enough to do so drain the very rage from their enemies, leaving them emotionless husks ripe for the slaughter.

Empathic Vampirism

When you enter your rage, you can harness the emotion from a creature near you. At the start of your rage, you must choose an emotion. For the duration of your rage, the associated rage effect is active.  In addition, you can choose a single creature within 30 feet. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, the creature is subject to an effect specified by the emotion and you have advantage on Charisma saving throws for the duration of the rage.

Redirected Fury

When you succeed on a saving throw while raging, you can use your reaction to cast compel a duel on the source of the saving throw. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Empathic Vampirism DC. If the original saving throw was used to avoid the charmed or frightened condition, the source automatically fails this save.

While under the effect of your Redirected Fury, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you. If it attempts to move more than 30 feet away from you, it must make an additional Wisdom saving throw to do so. On a success, its movement is not affected.

This effect ends if you attack a different creature, if a friendly creature harms the target of this effect, or you apply this effect on a different creature.

Vibe Killer

As an action, you can touch a creature to remove the frightened and charmed conditions.

In addition, you can cast Calm Emotions as an action a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (a minimum of once), using your Empathic Vampirism DC. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Empathic Flux

As a bonus action during your rage, you can reactivate your Empathic Vampirism as if you had entered your rage again. You can use this to pick a new target and new emotion each time you use it. Only one rage effect can be active at a time.
