Druids of the Circle of Emissary are natural envoys between planes. They seek to understand beings from different worlds by learning to become them. Most are travelers, some find works as an embassador for kings who can afford them.
Envoy of The Planes
You can communicate with creatures who speak at least one langauge, but don't speak any that you know. You must observe the creature interacting with one another for at least 1 day, after which you learn a handful of expressions - enough to communicate on a very rudimentary level.
Also, you can cast Tongues as a ritual without using any material components, you can use this ability once per long rest.
Hybrid Forms
The rites of your circle grant you the ability to transform into hybrid forms. Allowing you to walk in the shoes of others for a short amount of time. Starting at 3rd level, you use your druidic focus to spend your Wild Shape and a 2nd level spell slot to transform into a hybrid form, you use the stat block of a Bestial Spirit as if it was summoned using said spell slot.
Hybrid Form lasts only 10 minutes as opposed to 2 hours with the average Wild Shape. You cannot concentrate on a spell while in hybrid form, nor can you gain any hit points.
Starting at 5th level, you can spend your Wild Shape along with a higher level spell slots to transform into spirits of a creature type you've seen before, as if summoned using said spell slot. You must roll a 1d6 every time you use this feature. If you roll a 1 you transform into something else using the same spell slot. The DM determines what you turn into.
Level 2: Bestial Spirit (Summon Beast).
Level 5 (3rd Level Spells): Fey Spirit (Summon Fey), Shadow Spirit (Summon Shadowspawn), Undead Spirit (Summon Undead).
Level 7 (4th Level Spells):: Aberrant Spirit (Summon Aberration), Construct Spirit (Summon Construct), Elemental Spirit (Summon Elemental).
Level 9 (5th Level Spells): Celestial Spirit (Summon Celestial), Draconic Spirit (Summon Draconic Spirit).
Level 11th (6th Level Spells): Fiendish Spirit (Summon Fiend).
