Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Though the life of a common barbarian is usually one of solitude or simplicity, some find companionship or even joy with a group of mirthful adventurers. However, yet another path is available for the few who discover the comfort of secret faith. A Path of the Swamp barbarian channels their continual faith towards their idol to gain some of his many boons, intending to imitate him.

Most barbarians that channel this power live alone in swamps, the holy ground of their god. Doing so makes it easy to maintain the favour of Shrek, at the price of isolationism. However, those who choose to venture beyond the swamp in search of adventure must keep their faith stalwart, for if they waver, the powers granted by Shrek will quickly fade.

Monstrous Transformation

At 3rd level, your connection to Shrek allows you to assume a hollow imitation of his form. While you rage, your body involuntarily changes into an ogreish form. This transformation turns your skin a vibrant lime green, makes your hairline disappear, and morphs your ears into bell shaped tubes. While in this form, your size counts as one category larger, you become proficient with unarmed strikes, and your unarmed strikes deal 1d8 + Strength modifier bludgeoning damage. However, you have disadvantage on all Charisma checks, except for Intimidation checks.

Once per turn when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you add a swamp counter to them. Once per turn, when you deal damage to an enemy that has a swamp counter on it, recover hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.

Shreckless Attack

Beginning at 6th level, your ogre bravado allows you to benefit more from all out attacks. Whenever you make a reckless attack against a creature, they take additional force damage equivalent to the number of swamp counters on them, and you recover additional hit points equivalent to the number of swamp tokens on them.

When you reach certain levels in this class, your reckless attacks become more potent: At 10th level, you double the force damage dealt with this feature. At 14th level, you double the hit point recovery.

Shwrecking Ball

Once you reach 10th level, you gain unparalleled strength for an instant by using the ogre Strength granted to you by Shrek. As an action while raging, you can pick up an object or creature that you can lift (a weight in pounds equivalent to 30x your strength score) and throw it in a straight line forwards. If you intend to throw a creature, it must be grappled beforehand.

The distance the projectile travels is 60ft, minus 5ft for every 50 pounds the object/creature weights. Every creature within 5ft of the path of travel of the projectile must make a Dexterity saving throw, or take 1d12 damage for every 50 pounds the object/creature weights and be knocked prone. The DC of the saving throw is equivalent to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier. If you choose to throw a creature, it automatically fails this Dexterity saving throw. If a creature has a swamp token on it, it has disadvantage on the saving throw.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

The Shreckoning

By 14th level, you can command a fraction of Shrek's power. As a bonus action, you can activate the Shreckoning for 1 minute. During the Shreckoning, reality adheres to the following rules.

-The skin of every creature on the current plane of existence you are on becomes lime green. Nothing short of a wish spell can undo this. You also no longer have disadvantage on Charisma Checks.

-Every time a swamp counter is applied to a creature, apply another.

-Designate any number of creatures, including you. Once per turn they recover hit points equivalent to the number of swamp counters on a creature who they hit with an attack.

-Your unarmed strikes now deal 1d10 + Strength modifier force damage.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
