Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

You have the ability to create anchors, dark inky marks in an unknowable language that you can teleport to.

Mist Anchor

At 3rd level you gain the ability to create mist anchors. You can apply a mist anchor in the following ways:

When you hit with a melee attack as part of your action.
When you win a contested dex check as a bonus action. You may also do this in place of an opportunity attack.
When you win a contested slight of hand vs passive perception check out of combat.

Emergency Exit

At 9th level you may use your reaction to teleport to any anchor you create when you take damage from an external force, negating the damage entirely unless the anchor is within the area of effect for the triggering damage. If targeted by a non-damaging spell you can nullify its effects by teleporting out of the caster's range. Once you use this feature you cannot do so again until you take a short rest.

Mist Transport

You can take one willing creature with you when your teleport. In addition, you can increase the range of your teleport to one mile by concentrating for one minute.

Recall

When you use your mistborn magic to teleport to an anchor, you can choose to return to a different anchor at the end of your turn, provided you were within 5ft of that anchor when you used this ability. If the initial teleport is within 5ft of an enemy you gain advantage on your first melee attack.

Mist Master

When you use this ability you can teleport to any anchor up to five times as an action. They do not have to be the same anchor.  Each time you teleport you can make a melee attack roll at advantage against a creature within five feet of your new location. You must teleport to a location you have not yet teleported to this turn in order to make each attack, but you can target the same creature multiple times. Normal rules for applying sneak attack damage still apply. Once you use this ability you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
