Base Class: Monk
You have chosen to get ahead by making a friend out of everybody. Whether you like them or not, whether they like you or not, you are going to get everyone on side. Your positivity approaches levels of toxicity and your presence is overwhelming. Who’s going to stand in the way of the employee of every month?
Dazzling Smile
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you words hit all the harder for the beaming grin you filter them through. When you successfully hit with a verbal attack, you can spend a string to do maximum damage instead of rolling for it.
Sunny Disposition
At 6th level, you gain a reserve of positive energy that you can dig down deep and draw upon to keep yourself happy and smiling. As an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Do it for Me?
Beginning at 11th level, you can use your perfect reputation to force others to do what you want. You have advantage on all persuasion checks made against government employees.
Devastating Disappointment
At 17th level, your seal of disapproval can be the death knell of anyone’s career. When you hit a government employee with a verbal attack, you can spend 3 strings to make your disappointment felt, the effect of which lasts for a number of days equal to your monk level. At any time whilst this effect is ongoing, you can take an action to bring the hammer down.
When you use this action, the employee must make a Charisma saving throw. If they fail, they are immediately fired. If they succeed, they come to you immediately, looking to make amends and willing to do you any favour you request. You can have only one employee under the effect of this feature at a time. You can choose to end the effect harmlessly without using an action.
