Base Class: Barbarian
The path of the mindless fist barbarian truly embodies the brawn over brain ideology. Their lack of cognitive power allows them to increasingly go all out in physical prowess. They are fairly easily outsmarted, but if you have nowhere else to go they become a terrifying force of nature.
Nothing but Fists
At 3rd level when you choose this subclass, you lose proficiency with all weapons, you gain proficiency in unarmed strikes, your unarmed strikes are increased to a 1d6 bludgeoning damage, and if you make an unarmed strike as an action, you may make an additional one as a bonus action. This damage increases to 1d8 at 6th level, 1d10 at 10th level, and 1d12 at 15th level. If you are already proficient with unarmed strikes, you gain expertise instead.
As an optional feature, you may also choose to gain a +2 to Strength and a +1 to Constitution, but you must take a -2 to Intelligence and a -1 to Wisdom.
Ability Score Change
As long as your DM allows, you may choose to take a +2 to Strength, a +1 to Constitution, a -2 to Intelligence, and a -1 to to Wisdom in addition to your racial bonuses.
Mindless Rage
At 6th level, while you are raging, you may subtract your Intelligence modifier from your unarmed strike's damage. In addition your unarmed strikes count as magical attacks for the purposes of ignoring resistances and immunities.
Self-scanning
Every time you long rest, you may reduce the time it takes by two hours as long as you physically meditate for two hours afterwards. After you do, your Intelligence score is reduced by 4 and your Unarmored Defense is increased by 4 until you take another long rest. In addition, your Intelligence score can hit 0 without you falling unconscious and your Intelligence score can never fall below 0.
All-out Punch
Putting all of your strength into one blow, you deal devastating damage at the cost of your body shutting down. If you choose to use this attack, your movement speed becomes 0 and you make a single attack that is automatically a critical hit. While you’re raging, this hit adds an additional damage die to your attack. Afterwards you immediately become paralyzed until the start of your next turn.
Unstoppable Fury
Being knocked unconscious means nothing to a warrior who doesn't use their head. Once per long rest, when your hit points drop to 0, you immediately stand back up and regain all lost hit points and your Intelligence score becomes 0. Your body continues to move for an additional 2 (1d4) rounds. If you are dropped to 0 hit points in this state, you die. If you reach the end of the rounds without dropping to 0 hit points, you revert to your downed state with two failed death saving throws.
