Base Class: Barbarian
Some Northern Sergal barbarians become
terrifying war leaders on the battle field. Their
channeled furry inspires their followers to
greater heights of glory. These frenzied
commanders are well known amongst the ranks
of the Northern Sergals. The Brutal
Commanders scarifies some of their rage power
to whip their followers to greater and greater
heights of carnage.
Inspiring Rage
At 3rd level
the Brutal commander fearlessness
inspires the allies at their side to greater
courage. When the brutal commander
rages all allies within 30 feet of them
gain advantage to attacks rolls,
damage, and saves. The
commander is not included in this bonus.
At 6th level and every 3 levels after that the
bonus increases by +1 to a total of +5 at 15th
level. This bonus only effect their allies as long
as they are within 30 feet of the brutal commander. If they leave
that rage they loose the moral bonus until they reenter the area of
effect.
Commanding Rage
At 6th level when in a
rage a Brutal Commander can freely use charisma
based skills like Diplomacy and Intimidate skills to
rally His/her troupes or frighten his/her enemies.
They are always consider in control enough
to speak during their rage.
Widen Inspiring Rage
At 10th The Brutal
Commanders Inspiring Rage area of effect increases to 60 feet.
Frenzied War Band
At 14th level
The Brutal Commander gives up their Mighty Rage ability and instead gains the ability to grant they effect of their greater rage to their allies. They can effect up to 1 ally per point of charisma modifier(minimum of 1).
Each ally that they effect takes up 2 additional rounds of rage time that they can use that day. All allies gain the full benefits of greater rage as long as the brutal commander maintains it. They are not fatigue at the end of they rage. Only the brutal commander can benefit form any of their rage powers during the rage.
