Base Class: Warlock
Whether by choice or in a moment of fever-brained madness you have made a pact with a great plague that ravaged the countryside and you along with it. While there is no demon or fey who holds your contract, you do remember the hazy image of a delicate lady clad in unblemished silk stepping between the rotting corpses and decaying landscape left behind by the plague. The terms themselves are unknown to you, hidden behind the cloying smell of rot and death. Perhaps one day the lady will return to inform you of your pact, or perhaps your travels themselves are the terms - and you an unknowing harbinger.

Boon of the Plague Mistress
Starting at 1st level, you are immune to disease and resistant to poison damage.
Harbinger of Disease
Starting at 6th level, you can call on your patron to channel rot and poison through your hands for up to 5 minutes. Any food and drink you touch is spoiled and those who consume it within 24 hours of use of this skill must pass a DC 16 CON save or receive the "poisoned" condition for one hour. Additionally, any potions with healing properties you touch become inert, regardless of the magnitude of the heal (i.e. lesser healing, superior healing potion, etc) and potions without those properties gain an additional effect for 24 hours requiring those who consume it to pass a DC 16 CON save or receive the "poisoned" condition for one hour. (as an example, a potion of invisibility affected by this feat would still grant invisibility). Potions of cure disease are rendered inert.
If this feat is used in combat, the player must also pass a DC 16 CON save or receive the "poisoned" condition for one hour.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Harbinger of Decay
Starting at 10th level, you may afflict a creature or object within sight with your patron's blessing of rot and decay. Inanimate objects targeted with this feature age rapidly (i.e. a sturdy wooden door become fragile and rotten, stone becomes brittle and crumbles) but at maximum a single, continuous six foot cube of space may be affected regardless of whether this includes one or more objects. Creatures targeted by this ability must pass a DC 18 CON save or become afflicted by the caster's choice of one disease from those listed under the "contagion" spell for one day. This effect is only considered an area effect if no creature is targeted, and only one creature may be targeted at a time unless otherwise specified (i.e. by a twinned spell from a warlock multiclassed to sorcerer).
If this feat is used during combat, regardless of target, the caster must pass a DC 18 CON save or become afflicted with a disease chosen at random from those listed under the "contagion" spell for one day.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Embodiment of Pestilence
Starting at 14th level, whenever you afflict the "poisoned" status successfully or afflict a creature with a disease regardless of method (magically, with a poison, potion, or otherwise) you are granted the following effects:
If "poisoned" status is applied: Heal for 4d6 plus your charisma modifier
If a disease is inflicted (i.e. through three failed saves after casting "contagion" or through the "Harbinger of Decay" feature): gain temporary hit points equal to your warlock level and heal 4d8 plus twice your charisma modifier.
This feature is activated even if the player is the one receiving the condition (i.e. failing a CON save after using the "Harbinger of Disease" feature in combat and becoming poisoned). This feature does not activate if a creature that already has an active poisoned status becomes poisoned again, but does activate if a second, unique disease is afflicted on a creature already suffering from a disease.
