Bard
Base Class: Bard

The College of Anarchy is a daring and rebellious bardic subclass that embraces chaos and upheaval. Bards who follow this path revel in disrupting the established order and challenging the norms of society. They are agents of change, using their music and words as weapons to dismantle oppressive systems and inspire revolution. These bards are driven by a fervent belief in personal freedom, individuality, and the power of self-expression.

At 6th level You can ignore somatic and material components when casting spells, allowing you to perform them even with your hands bound or restrained.

Chaotic Resonance

At 6th level Your very presence radiates an aura of chaos and disruption. As a bonus action, you can activate your Chaotic Resonance, creating a 10-foot radius aura centered on yourself that lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it as a bonus action. While the aura is active, creatures of your choice that start their turn or enter the aura must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, they have disadvantage on their next attack roll or ability check before the start of their next turn. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest. At level 11 increase this area to 15ft, when you reach level 17 increase it to 20ft
