Base Class: Barbarian
The blood of legend courses through your very veins, your heritage blessed by that of ancient fighters, able to release the potential and light within their heart, pushing beyond and further than that to bring pure strength into themselves. In a world of gods and the divine, a mere mortal like yourself stands to face them.
Unarmed and Unarmored
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you may use your Bonus Action to make an off-hand unarmed strike and you may choose to use your Strength modifier in place of Dexterity for Unarmored Defense.
Additionally, your unarmed strikes now deal 1d6 Bludgeoning damage, increasing to 1d8 at Level 11 and 1d10 at Level 17.
Energy Blasts
Legends are able to focus their fighting spirit similar to some monastic traditions. Starting at 6th level, you may replace any of your unarmed strikes with an Energy Blast. Your regular unarmed strikes are also augmented by this, now being considered magical for the sake of overcoming Resistances.
This special attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 30 feet. You are proficient with it, and you add your Strength modifier to its attack and damage rolls. On a hit, it deals 1d6 Radiant damage, increasing to 1d8 at Level 11 and 1d10 at Level 17.
Aerial Combatant
By Level 10 you have learned how to channel your energy into flight. As an action, you may expend a Rage to cast Fly on yourself. When flying in such a way, you may use your bonus action to move up to half your movement towards a hostile creature.
Raging does not interfere with maintaining concentration on this spell effect.
The Legendary Warrior
Few dream of attaining this level of power. Starting at Level 14 you may choose to spend 3 Rages in order to enter an enhanced Rage. When you enter this state, unimaginable power floods through you. The energy filling the air stands your hair on end as it turns a brilliant gold. You gain the typical benefits of Raging, the ability to Fly as per Aerial Combatant, and the effects of the Haste spell.
Raging has no effect on the spell effects and your concentration cannot be broken. After Raging in this way, you suffer 1 level of Exhaustion.
