Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

These Barbarians are creatures whose rage has taken them over completely, who know nothing but the appropriate red mist of anger, whose fury is such that it literally radiates off them in visible waves of livid heat, the Bloodletters of the Khorne are a mass of intense aggression and sheer bloodlust. Even striking one down offers no respite, as even the most traumatically wounded of these terrifying warriors will fight on in a trancelike frenzy.

They worship the mighty Blood God, though not always directly, but their actions usually please the Angry One, and so few things do. They live their lives in the pursuit of violence and skulls. Most will carry the skull of the mightiest of their conquests at their side, much like a Paladin would their holy symbol. They live by simple rules: "Blood for the the Blood God, Skulls for the Skull throne" and will have this mantra tattooed or scarred onto their flesh.

Often they travel alone, but are drawn to groups of people who will lead them into a fight readily and regularly. They gather in roaming warbands or tribes and will find work as mercenaries.

Very rarely do they manage to work together on mass, But occasionally an extra violent, blood thirsty and powerful Bloodletter will find themselves with a horde of devoted blood-crazed cultists who share similar beliefs and who follow them in the hopes of finding a truly glorious and bloody fight. These larger gatherings are filled with all sorts of devotee's to the blood god; Paladins, Clerics, Fighters, Barbarians. Anyone is welcome so long as they serve the Blood God and are up for a good fight.

On a failed save they continue to take 1 Blood Tithe die in Slashing damage for {{proficiency#unsigned}} rounds, until they use an action to stop the bleeding or receive any source of healing.
If you use this effect on an already bleeding target, they have Disadvantage in the saving throw.

After you make a roll to hit, you can choose to expend one Blood Tithe die and add it to the total roll to hit. You can choose to do this after you see your roll, but before the DM says if it hits or not.
