You see these terrors of the night everywhere you go because your soul and theirs are eternally connected. You've discovered that there is a way to harness the power of these creatures to your advantage. By tattooing images of the monstrosities onto your body, you can control them and summon corporeal forms to fight on your behalf.

Affinity for Monsters

Starting at 1st level, you have advantage on checks to maintain concentration on spells that summon creatures.

Also, when casting a summoning spell you may choose to conjure a creature with the 'Monstrosity' type when you otherwise couldn't. All rules, including CR limitations, of the spell apply to this creature.

Bestial Tattoos

You may choose 1 creature with the 'Monstrosity' type whose Challenge Rating is a maximum of half your Sorcerer level (rounded down, minimum of 1/4). This creature's inky visage is tattooed onto your flesh.

The total number of Bestial Tattoos you can have is equal to your Sorcerer level. Replacing a Bestial Tattoo with that of another creature requires 1 hour and 10gp worth of ink. Adding tattoos as a result of leveling up is free.

Monstrous Summoning

Starting at 6th level, as a Bonus Action you may speak the name of one of your Bestial Tattoos. The spoken creature erupts from your tattoo, forming in a space you can see within 10 ft of you. The summoned creature acts on your turn and follows your commands to the best of its ability, you communicate telepathically. When defeated, dispelled by you, or after 10 minutes, whichever occurs first, the creature returns to its Bestial Tattoo form, leaving no physical body behind.

Summoning a creature in this way requires immense concentration. While your Bestial Tattoo is summoned, you must use your Action to maintain its corporeal form and allow it to act. If you use your Action in any other way, your Monster is Incapacitated for the round. If your Monster remains Incapacitated in this way for two consecutive rounds, it returns to its Bestial Tattoo form as if it had been dispelled.

Only one creature may be summoned at a time, if a second creature is summoned the previous immediately disappears.

To summon a Bestial Tattoo you must spend Sorcery Points according to the table below.

Monstrous Visions

Starting at 14th level, you cast monstrous hallucinations into the minds of your enemies. As an action, a number of creatures up to your CHA modifier that you can see within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw against your sorcerer spell save DC. On a failed save, it is frightened of you for 1 minute or until your concentration is broken (as if you are concentrating on a spell). This effect ends early if the creature takes any damage.

Until the hallucination ends, the creature sees monstrosities in every direction, the appearance of which you choose. The creature can see only itself, you, and the monstrous hallucinations.

You must finish a Long Rest before you can use this feature again.

Will of the Monstrosity

Starting at 18th level, you unleash the power of your inner monster to turns the tides of battle in your favor. As an Action, you can trade in your own life force to summon up to four of your Bestial Tattoos without expending Sorcery Points. The max Challenge Rating of each Monstrosity is detailed in the table below.
