Base Class: Monk
Before the formation of the Way of the Voice, the Nords of Skyrim used their Thu'um to their advantage in combat, with the more powerful Thu'um users being known as Tongues. The Voice was used during the conquest of Morrowind, and the war chiefs which led said invasion were all Tongues, not needing siege equipment as they were able to blast open doors with their Voice.
Jurgen Windcaller is said to have been one of the mightiest of all the Tongues. Following the defeat of the Nord army at Red Mountain, Windcaller spent seven years thinking about the meaning of their failure. He believed that the gods had punished the Nords for their misuse of the Voice for anything other than veneration of the gods. As such, he denounced using the Voice for martial exploits.
The beliefs of Jurgen Windcaller prevailed, as he proved his strength in a confrontation with seventeen Tongues of the militant school, where Jurgen was said to have swalled their Shouts for three days. After his victory, the Tongues were exhausted and became his disciples, and the Way of the Voice overcame all opposition.
This creed is still honored by the Greybeards and their leader, Paarthunax, during the Fourth Era. In the aftermath of the Dragon Crisis in the Fourth Era, Paarthurnax sought to spread the philosophy to the rest of his dragon-kin.
Word of Power
You start your long way towards your Mastery of the Voice. There are many shouts with all their unique meaning and properties. You learn to project your voice into a shout. You imbue the words that you speak with magic, turning them into a powerful surge.
You spend your action forming the words of power, by spending 3 ki points you project your voice into a Thu'um (a shout).

Yol-Toor-Shul (Fire Breath) Fire-Infurno-Sun
Fire damage equal to dubble your proficiancy bonus in dice, the dice are your martal dice. in a 30ft cone Dex save equal your monk ki save.
Fo-Krah-Diin (Frost Breath) Frost-Cold-Freeze
Cold damage equal to dubble your proficiancy bonus in dice, the dice are your martal dice. in a 30ft cone Con save equal your monk ki save.
Fus-Roh-Dah (Unrelenting Force) Force-Balance-Push
Force damage equal to your proficiancy bonus in dice, the dice are your martal dice. in a 30ft cone Str save equal your monk ki save. On a failed save the target is pushed back 15 ft.
Zun-Haal-Viik (Disarm) Weapon-Hand-Defeat
Every creature in a 30ft cone must make a Str save against your monk ki save. On a failed save the targets weapons are flung 30ft away from them.
Su-Grah-Dun (Elemental Fury) Air-Battle-Grace
You become under the effect of the haste spell for one minute. It does not require any concentration but after a minute you become stunned for one round.
Kaan-Drem-Ov (Kyne's Peace) Kyne-Peace-Trust
Every creature in a 20ft radius circle around you must make a Wis save against your monk ki save or become charmed for an hour.
Krii-Lun-Aus (Marked for Death) Kill-Leech-Suffer
One target within 60 ft of you must make a Cha savingtrow or be marked for death. The creature can not be behind total cover. A creature that is marked suffers from the following effect for the next hour. You know the exact location of this creature as long as it is within one mile of you. When you do damage to the creature it takes extra psychic damage equal to 1d8. Furthermore if the creature dies while marked and is within one mile of you, you reqain hitpoint equal to your monk level.
Faas-Ru-Maar (Dismey) Fear-Run-Terror
Every creature in a 20ft radius circle around you must make a Wis save against your monk ki save or become frighted of you for an hour.
Feim-Zii-Gron (Become Ethereal) Fade-Spirit-Bind
You become under the effects of greater invisibility without the need of concentration for up to ten minutes.
Laas-Yah-Nir (Aura Whisper) Life-Seek-Hunt
You gain true sight in a 120ft radius for up to one hour.
Controle the Thu'um
You are starting understand the way of the Voice. You are now able to use multiple shouts. You learn one extra shout from the shout list. In additon you learn to understand, speak, write and read draconic.
Elder Knowledge
You delve deep into the ancient knowledge of your predecessors. You learn two additional shouts from the shout list.
Mastery of the Voice
You gained true mastery of the Voice. You learn two extra shouts from the shout list. In addition all shouts produced cost one less ki point to put forth
