Base Class: Bard
De-Inspirational Flourish
When you join the College of Broken Notes at 3rd level you gain the ability to distract an enemies focus.
Instead of giving an ally an inspiration die when you use Bardic Inspiration, you can choose to give an enemy a de-inspiration die. The next time that enemy makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, you can decide to force them to roll the de-inspiration die and subtract the number rolled from their total. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll but before the DM determines whether the roll succeeds or fails. This effect lasts for 10 minutes or until it's used.
Once the de-Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one de-Inspiration die at a time.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Your De-Inspiration die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.
Disturbingly Off-Key
At 6th level you gain the Disturbingly Off-Key feature. As an action, you can begin a jarringly bad performance that targets one creature within 60 feet that can hear (or see you if you are doing art other than music) you. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Bard spell save DC or be stunned until the end of its next turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. If a creature succeeds on its saving throw against this feature or after it ends, it becomes immune to it for the next 24 hours.
Oddly Proficient
Also at 3rd level, your belief in your art has made you believe you are more versatile in general. You gain proficiency in any two skills of your choice
Master of Dissonance
At 14th level, you gain the Master of Dissonance feature. As an action, you can unleash a burst of your unique artistry. Each creature of your choice within a 30-foot radius must make a Constitution saving throw against your Bard spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature takes psychic damage equal to 2d6 + your Bard level and is incapacitated until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't incapacitated. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
