Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Some barbarian hail from cannibalistic cultures, and thus have no problem eating their ennemies alive and bathing in their blood.

Hunger for Flesh

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you get a taste for the flesh of your ennemies. When you enter your rage and as a bonus action during it, you can use a Bite attack against a creature that does not have all of its hit points, which deals piercing damage equals to 1d4 + your Strength modifier. If the target is not a Construct or Undead, you regain an amount of hit points equal to the damage dealt with the attack. If the target has less than half of its hit points remaining, the attack is made with advantage.

The die increases as you gain levels in this class: d6 at 6th level, d8 at 10th level and d10 at 14th level.

Spreader of Diseases

Biting all of your enemies has made you capable of spreading diseases while resisting them yourself. Starting at 6th level, whenever you make your Bite attack against a creature, it takes an additional 1d4 Poison damage and has to make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier or become poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the creature has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

Additionally, you gain resistance to Poison damage, and are immune diseases and the poisoned condition.

Blood for Blood

Starting at 10th level, your lust for blood increases whenever your own blood exits your veins. As a reaction when a creature you can see hits you with an attack, you can move up to half of your speed towards them without provoking opportunity attacks. If you end your movement within melee range of that creature or are already in melee with them, you can make a Bite attack as part of that same reaction.

Unending Bloodlust

Starting at 14th level, there seems to be no end to your hunger for flesh. While you're raging, you can use your Bite twice, instead of once, when you use it as a bonus action.
