Base Class: Fighter
This is based off of Undyne from Undertale, because she's awesome as hell.
Spears
You gain the ability to summon spears made of energy and launch them at any point, object, or creature you can see. The color of these spears is determined by you, and you can add personal aspects, like a symbol on the handle or a different type of point, although this doesn't change the statistics of the weapon. They deal 1d6 damage for every foot traveled, unless the target succeeds on a Dexterity saving throw. You can summon up to 20 spears on your turn. In addition, as a bonus action, you can summon a spears in you hand to use as a melee weapon, this doesn't count against the amount of spears you have summoned, and it deals 2d6 piercing damage.
Extra Spears
Your maximum spears per turn becomes 60, and the damage increases to 2d6 per foot traveled.
Green Soul
As an action, you can turn your spear green and swipe it through a creature. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the creature is unable to move from its location, and a green shield appears in its hand or whatever it uses to hold things. If it has an intelligence score of 8 or higher, it gains advantage on Dexterity saving throws to avoid your spears. While a creature is affected by this, you can summon double your amount of spears per turn, as long as the extra spears target the creature.
Even More Spears
Your maximum spears per turn becomes 100 and the damage increases to 4d6 per foot.
Determination
Your will, your DETERMINATION to live has become so strong that you can survive off of it. When you would die, you instead gain an amount of temporary hitpoints equal to 4 times your hitpoint maximum. Once you lose these temporary hitpoints, or after 1 hour, (whichever comes first) you fall unconscious for 24 hours. This counts as taking a long rest. While you have the temporary hitpoints from this feature, your eyes glow the same color as your spears, and any symbol on them can be clearly seen in your eyes, a suit of armor surrounds your body, (you describe what it looks like) which given you an ac of 24, resistance to all damage, and turns all critical hits dealt to to you into normal hits, you can summon up to 400 spears per turn, your spears do 40d20 damage no matter what, including your melee spears, you can make 20 attacks whenever you take the attack action on your turn, you gain advantage on all ability checks and saving throws, you make two attacks when you take the attack of opportunity reaction, your movement speed is quadrupled, your jump distance is multiplied by 20, you don't need to move to get a running start on jumps, you have advantage on all attacks rolls, creatures have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws to avoid your spears.
In addition, whether or not you are in Undying mode, you can send yellow spears at a creature with a green shield, which give the creature disadvantage to avoid it, this disadvantage is not countered by the advantage from the shield. Also, whenever you kill a humanoid enemy, their SOUL hovers above them, and if you touch it, you absorb it. When you absorb a SOUL, you gain a permanent benefit, you can either increase 1 of your ability scores by one, to a maximum of 30, or you double one of your numeric stats (health, max spears, spear damage, etc). If you double something like you maximum spear amount, it is also affected while you are Undying. You can only be killed in the 24-hour long rest that follows your undeath.
