Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Inebriation are masters of revelry, finding inspiration and creativity in the swirling depths of intoxication. Whether through the merry clinking of tankards in a bustling tavern or the potent fumes of exotic brews, these bards embrace the chaos of inebriation as a source of their artistic prowess. With a charismatic flair and a penchant for indulgence, members of this college weave tales, sing songs, and cast spells that are as unpredictable as the effects of a potent potion.
Brewer's Boon
At 3rd level, members of the College of Inebriation gain proficiency with brewer's supplies, allowing them to concoct their own special libations. These brews can grant various benefits, such as temporary hit points, enhanced charisma, or even the ability to induce a magical stupor in their enemies.
Drunken Performance
Starting at 3rd level, these bards have learned to harness the unsteady dance of inebriation to enhance their performances. When under the effects of alcohol, they gain advantage on Charisma-based ability checks and saving throws. Additionally, their proficiency bonus is doubled for Performance checks while intoxicated.
Poisonous resistance
At 6th level, the bard's connection to intoxicating substances grants them resistance to poison damage. Additionally, they can spend a use of Bardic Inspiration to add a bonus to their Constitution saving throws against poison equal to the inspiration die. If they succeed on the saving throw, they are immune to the poisoned condition for the duration.
Spirited Improvisation
Upon reaching 14th level, members of this college have honed their ability to improvise even in the midst of a drunken stupor. Once per short rest, they can choose to reroll a failed attack roll, saving throw, or ability check while under the influence of alcohol, taking the new result. Furthermore, this intense connection to their inebriated state grants them immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition.
