Card Tricks

Starting at 3rd level, you gain the Cartomancer feat even if perquisites are not met. If you already have feat, has double the amount of uses of the Card Focus extra damage.

You also learn and can cast the following spells using the Deck of Cards as your spellcasting focus:

Cantrip: eldritch blast*

1st Level: guiding bolt*, hunter's mark

*The visuals of these spells look like card(s) hurtling through the air at the target.

Your spellcasting skill is based off of Dexterity, your Spellcasting Ability Modifier = Dexterity + Proficiency Bonus. Spell Save DC = 8 + Spellcasting Ability Modifier.

You have a number of 1st level spell slots equal to your Dexterity modifier.

Kinetic Energy

Starting at level 3, you can imbue a weapon with kinetic energy as a bonus action. The weapon glows bright purple, and deals an extra 1d4 force damage with the next attack made with that weapon. The creature must also make a strength saving throw (DC = 10 + Damage dealt) or be pushed 5ft away from you.

Instead of imbuing a weapon with your kinetic energy, you can imbue a deck of cards and cast magic missile or spray of cards at their lowest level, not costing a spell slot. This does count as a use for your kinetic energy.

This extra damage increases to 1d6, 1d8, and 1d10 at 9th, 13th, and 17th level. Also at level 9, if the target fails the DC by 3 or more, they fall prone as well as being pushed back.

Trained Fighter

At 13th level, you can make an extra attack when taking the Attack action, you gain a bonus to AC equal go your proficiency bonus.  Gains proficiency with all weapons.

Explosive Kinetic Energy

Weapons empowered by your Kinetic Energy now explode on impact, causing everyone within 10 ft of a creature hit by your kinetic imbued attack take 1d4 force damage and pushed 5ft away from them.

Gambler

Starting at level 17, you can choose to make an attack at advantage, but when you do roll a d20. If it lands on a 17 or lower, attacks made against you have advantage until your next turn.
