Base Class: Monk
When you choose to follow the way of the Alloyed Hand, you dedicate yourself to mediation. Spending countless hours honing your mental strength by fusing various metals into your martial arts. Followers of the Alloyed Hand see metal as a sacred spiritual material, and bend, shape and control metals with their very spirit. Through your training you will discover wondrous abilities, fantastic martial arts techniques and never before seen Meditation Techniques.
Metallurgic Meditation
When you follow the Way of the Alloyed Hand you choose to dedicate your time and energy into metallurgical meditation. All followers of the way of the iron fist carry a vial of quicksilver and a small piece of iron at all times. these items are sacred to them and cannot be sold, traded or discarded in any fashion.
Iron Fist: Once a day, you can hold a piece of iron and meditate for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes is up you gain the effects of the Iron Fist. The Iron Fist adds 1d4 bludgeoning damage and 1d4 Force damage to your unarmed strikes. At 6th level these increase to 1d6 each, at 10th level they increase to 1d8each , and finally at 14th level they increase to 1d10 each. The fist lasts until you take your next long rest, or you die.
Silver Fist: Once a day, You can meditate and hold a vial of quicksilver for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes is up you gain the effects of the Silver Fiist. The SIlver Fist Gives you advantage on Stealth and investigation checks, The silver fist also gives you the ability to cast invisibility on yourself once a day. at 10th level you can cast this twice, and three times at 14th level. the Fist lasts until your next long rest, or you die.
Open Hand Technique
If you have successfully completed one of your meditation techniques you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. If you have not completed one of your meditation techniques you may not use these skills until you do. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:
- It must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
- It must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, you can push it up to 15 feet away from you.
- It can’t take reactions until the end of your next turn.
Advanced Meditation
At 6th level, your time spent meditating has given you a deepened connection to your spirituality, unlocking new abilities.
Wholeness of Body
You gain the ability to heal yourself. As an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Advanced Flurry of Blows Techniques
- target must make a DC15 Strength save, on a failure they are grappled for one turn.
- target must make a DC15 Charisma save, on a failure they are charmed for one turn.
- target must make a DC15 Wisdom save, on a failure and illusory copy of yourself appears on the other side of the target for a moment, they are considered flanked for this attack.
Meta Meditation
At 11th level, you have learned to explore your lucid dreams and meditate within, increasing the effects of your fist meditations. as well as unlocking 2 new fist types.
Advanced Meditation Techniques
Swiftness of Mercury: As long as you have the Mercury Fist equipped, you gain an additional bonus action.
Strength of Iron: As long as you have the Iron Fist equipped, your Strength is increased by 2.
Fist of the Shunned: Once a day you can meditate for 10 minutes while holding a piece of steel , giving you the Fist of the Shunned. Three times a day, When you have the Fist of the shunned equipped, you may use stunning strike without expending a ki point, and your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d8 force damage.
Fist of the Sick: Once a day you can meditate for 10 minutes while holding a vial of poison, giving you the Fist of the Sick. While you have the fist of the sick equipped you may cast misty step three times a day for a bonus action, and your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d8 poison damage.
Trusted Guardian
At 17th level, your perseverance and dedication to your meditative journey have granted you the trust of the divine. Who now allow you to use your Meditation Techniques to their fullest potential. You may have two different fists equipped on either hand, and all Fist attacks are increased by 1d8.
Concentrated Critical.
You gain access to 3 automatic critical charges. each time you roll a natural 20 you gain one charge. once you have used 3 charges in a 24 hour period you may not gain anymore charges until you complete a long rest.
