Path of the Ice Queen (old)

You get your strengths from the Ice Queen, the Goddess of Ice and Blizzard.

Blizzard

Starting at 3rd level, you emanate an icy, magical aura while you rage. You can activate the effect again on each of your turns as a bonus action. The aura extends 10 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover and deals cold damage, starting with 2 cold damage at level 3.

Additionally, while you rage you deal bonus cold damage to each attack equal to half our level rounded down.

When this effect is activated, each creature of your choice in your aura gains temporary hit points. The temporary hit points increase when you reach certain levels in this class.

Ice Soul

At 6th level you gain immunity to cold damage, and you don’t suffer the effects of extreme cold, as described in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. You also gain permanent resistance against fire damage. Moreover, as an action, you can touch water and turn a 5-foot cube of it into ice, which melts after 1 minute. This action fails if a creature is in the cube.

You can also now Inflict 2d8 cold damage as a touch action.

Shielding Ice Storm

At 10th level, you learn to use your mastery of the storm to protect others. Each creature of your choice inside your aura has resistance against cold or fire damage, your choice. Also, your aura expands by 5ft to a total of 15 ft.

Raging Storm

At 14th level whenever the effect of your Blizzard is activated, you can choose one creature you can see in the aura. That creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw, or its speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn, as magical frost covers it.

All of your weapons also deal 1d4 extra cold damage even when you are not raging.

Wings of Frost

While in a rage, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed as spectral wings of ice appear on your back.
