Base Class: Ranger
Ranger's who take the Shinobi path are almost always quiet and calculative. Their training is to purge all hesitation and doubt from their inquisitive minds, allowing them to process potential strategies and their outcomes without the sway of fear or uncertainty. They never need more than a few moments to plan an engagement, and usually have several escape routes handy before they've even drawn their weapon.
Shinobi Spellcasting
Your shinobi training allows you to cast spells with just a series of one-handed signals and a verbal incantation.
For 1st level spells, you no longer need to provide the material requirement for the spell, other than spells like Conjure Barrage or Conjure Volley which require a piece of ammunition to cast the spell. In addition, when using a simple, one-handed weapon such as a dagger, you can still perform somatic gestures to cast spells.
In addition, spells with a casting time of one action can be used as a bonus action, and spells with longer casting times can be cast as an action instead. Concentration still must be maintained for spells that require it.
At 8th level, you can cast 2nd level spells the same way.
Sneak Shot
When you make a ranged attack while hiding, your position won't be immediately revealed, even if you hit your target. Instead, you can choose to apply the affects of the Silence spell on your attack.
As long as you have advantage on the attack roll and the target has no allied creatures within 10ft of it, you can apply silence. On a hit, the creature must make a successful CON check against your spell save DC or be under the affects of the silence spell until your next turn. During this time, the target cannot alert Allies of your attack, nor can they reveal your position.
In addition, your position will remain hidden from the target unless you attack again or choose to stop hiding.
Shinobi's Improved Stealth
At level 7, you gain proficiency in the sneak skill, or expertise if you're already proficient.
Fan-Fair
After years of intense training, throwing knives has become second nature for you. Once per turn, you can throw up to three daggers at one target using only one action. Each dagger will use it's own attack and damage rolls, but you can apply your proficiency bonus to all three attack and damage rolls.
At level 15, you can apply one attack roll to all three attacks.
Blink
Your speed and finesse with weapons has allowed you to strike enemies quickly before they can react, even when they're a small distance away. Starting at 15th level, you can target any enemy you can see who's within your movement range, as long as you don't disadvantage on the attack roll and when you're using a weapon with the finesse attribute. In addition, a critical hit will deal four times the damage die when you have advantage on the attack roll.
During this movement, you ignore difficult terrain and opportunity attacks made against you fail.
You can use this action a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
At 20th level you can also attack anyone within five feet of the initial target
