Chaotic Restoration
1st-level Chaos Domain feature
You can invoke the power of chaos to further aid your companions. When you cast a spell with a casting time of one action or bonus action that restores hit points to a creature, you may choose one creature affected by the spell. Roll on the healing surge table and apply the result to the targeted creature. You may only target one creature with this additional effect.
If you target a creature with an existing effect from the table, the new effect replaces the old one.
If the effect requires a saving throw, the DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier.
