Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Outlaws are masters of ranged weaponry and precise attacks. Across the world they're known for their ability to quickly end many fights, often before they begin. Many outlaws grow into legends, men and woman that know law can catch and no mortal can kill. Common sense says that if you see an outlaw in town, it's best to turn the other way.

Bonus Proficiencies

You gain proficiency with shortbows and firearms.

Duelist

You gain an additional way to use your Sneak Attack; you don't need advantage on the attack roll to use your Sneak Attack against a creature if you are making a ranged attack, no other creatures are within 15ft of your or the target, and you don't have disadvantage on the attack roll. All the other rules for Sneak Attack still apply to you.

Quick Draw

When rolling initiative, roll normally, then roll a second initiative with advantage. During the first round of combat, or at the begninning of the surprise round, you may make a ranged attack on this initiative. This attack is considered a sneak attack for all bonuses associated. You may not attack a creature this way if you would do so with disadvantage. You may use this feature a number times equal to 3 + your proficiency bonus + your dexterity modifier between short or long-rests.

Deadly Precision

If you roll lower than a 10 on a ranged attack roll against a target within 60ft of you, treat the roll as though it was a 10 instead.

Killshot

When using the Lightning Fingers class feature, you may choose to double the number of dice used for rolling damage, including dice gained from sneak attack. After using this feature, you may not use it again until finishing a long-rest.
