Base Class: Rogue
Ever since the dawn of time have there been traders, suppliers, and the like. Monopolists are a step beyond that; they're hustlers, constantly on the lookout for folks with whom to do business.
Shrewd Negotiator
You gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. Additionally, when you make a Persuasion check to haggle or negotiate prices, you can roll an additional 1d4 and add the result to the total.
Black Market Connections
You have established connections with the black market, granting you access to rare and illegal goods. You can use your Cunning Action to make a Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check to hide an object on your person without being detected.
Market Influence
You can use your expertise to manipulate the prices of goods and services in your favor. When purchasing items, you can spend an extra 10% of the item's cost to reduce the price by 25%. You can only use this ability once per long rest.
Unscrupulous Tactics
You have developed a range of underhanded tactics to gain an advantage in business dealings and combat. You can use your Sneak Attack feature even when you don't have advantage on the attack roll if no other creatures are within 5 feet of you and you don't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Monopoly Mogul
Your financial empire has grown to incredible proportions. You gain advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. Additionally, you can call upon your resources to hire mercenaries or purchase expensive equipment or information without needing to pay gold. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
