Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of the Peaceful Soul at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with religion and medicine, if you have proficiency with either of these, choose an amount of proficiencies equal to how many of those two proficiencies you already have.
Persuasive Nature
Beginning at 3rd level, your words and songs become extra convincing. You ignore immunity to the charmed affect (immune creatures roll with advantage against your saving throws) and you may use your reaction to impose disadvantage on saving throws a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. Expended uses of this ability are regained after a long rest.
Protective Spirit
- When an attack roll is made against the creature, they may use their reaction to roll the bardic inspiration die and add the number rolled on the die to its AC until the start of its next turn. The creature may attempt this after the attack hits.
- When a creature uses its bardic inspiration dice on a saving throw, the creature gains temporary hit points equal to the number rolled on the dice, plus your charisma modifier.
- When a creature either casts a healing spell of 1st level or higher, or uses a potion of healing, they may expend their use of the bardic inspiration and add the roll to the number of hit points healed. When you apply this feature to a spell or potion that heals multiple targets, the additional heal from your bardic die is only applied to one target.
Additional Magical Secrets
At 6th level, you learn two spells of your choice from any class. A spell you choose must be of a level you can cast, as shown on the Bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know.
Memories of Peace
Also at 6th level, you can use your action to activate a 15ft aura centered on you. Creatures of your choice within the aura must succeed on a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. This Aura lasts for a minute and you must concentrate on it as if you were concentrating on a spell. Once on each of your turns, you may focus on one charmed creature. If the creature can hear you and understand you, you may attempt to reach an accord. The creature repeats the saving throw with advantage, and if they fail, they drop their weapons and retreat from the combat, as you successfully persuade them that a fight is not the answer.
Charmed creatures may repeat the saving throw at the end of their turns, ending the effect on a success.
Once you use this feature you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
Songs of Harmony
At 14th level your connection with peace allows you to borrow energy from spiritual essence. As an action you choose a number of willing creatures (including yourself) you can see within 60 feet and spend one of your bardic inspirations and roll the dice. You may distribute between the creatures a replenishing of spell slots of up to 5th level, totalling the number that was rolled. For example, if you rolled an 8, you may replenish one 5th level spell slot, one 2nd level spell slot and one 1st level spell slot between the chosen creatures.
