Base Class: Barbarian
The Path of the Roaring Flame are for those who want to see their enemies burn to ash. These barbarians use their soulfire to burn all who oppose them, leaving nothing but the ash of their enemies when it is all said and done. Some compare them to fire elementals in the way their flame almost circles around them, and the way their heat almost bends the air to their will.
Flaming Fury
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel the fire of your soul into your physique and through your melee attacks. While raging, you gain resistance to fire damage and shed bright light for 15 feet and another 15 feet of dim light. The range of both increases to 30 feet at level 11.
During your rage, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes fire damage equal to 1d6 + half your Barbarian level. The damage ignores resistance to fire. Additionally, when your rage ends or begins, you release explosive flames within 5ft of you, dealing 1d6 + half your Barbarian level fire damage to all creatures.
Wildfire
Starting at 6th level, your movement speed is increased by 10 feet as your flames enhance your physiology. During your rage, your speed is not reduced by difficult terrain.
Soulfire
Starting at 10th level, when you deal fire damage to a creature with your Flaming Fury ability, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) or be blinded until the end of your next turn. A creature blinded in this way takes 1d10 fire damage at the start of it's turn.
Inferno
Beginning at 14th level, when you deal fire damage with your Flaming Fury ability, you can choose a creature within 5ft of the target to take fire damage equal to half your barbarian level. Along with this, all allied creatures within your Beginning at 14th level, when a creature is dealt damage by your Flaming Fury ability, you may choose a creature within 5ft of the target to take fire damage equal to half your barbarian level.
Additionally, when you begin your rage, you may choose up to six creatures allied creatures within your bright light. These creatures have resistance to fire and their speed is not reduced by difficult terrain while they remain within the light and your rage persists. Creatures you do not designate in this way must use twice as much movement while in your bright light.
