Base Class: Bard
This college is about luck. You provide inspiration and try to win big.
Instruments of Fortune
When you choose this subclass, you gain proficiency in a game set of your choice, as long as the game which the set is used for is a game of chance, such as cards or dice. Game pieces of the game set you have proficiency in are considered an instrument.
To Tip the odds or Rig the game
You have learned how to play the game in your favor, chose from Tip the odds or Rig the game
Rig the Game
You don't need to dance with lady luck when you have a golden smile. And loaded dice. Instead of rolling a performance check when using your spell casting focus to entertain, you can expend a bardic inspiration die to automatically roll a 10.
Tip the odds
Your luck inspires those around you. When you inspire a friend, they can reroll your bardic inspiration die, and chose which value to go with. You can instead roll your inspiration die after regaining them, and pocket them to give them to a party member for later use. This allows them to know how much they can add to a roll, and know if they should us your inspiration now, or save it.

Dice theory
You have learned a few things while playing dice. Your inspiration has become more consistent with it's potency. When you roll a d8 for bardic inspiration, roll 2d4 instead. When you roll a d10, roll a d4 and d6 instead. When you roll a d12, roll 2d6 instead.
Lady Luck's Favorite
Your luck seems infectious. Any friend with your bardic inspiration can add your charisma mod to any d20 roll they make. This lasts until they use the bardic inspiration
You can put inspiration on foes. When this happens, they loose an amount equal to your charisma mod to any roll of a d20. This does not effect natural 20s. This inspiration lasts for four of your turns, until you inspire another foe, or until you fall unconscious.
