Bonus Proficiency

When you join the College of Laughs at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with acrobatics

At My Expense

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to properly and fashionably make a fool out of yourself. As a bonus action, you may take one of the following actions, you may use these actions an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long-rest:

Trip. You may intentionally trip, dramatically falling to the ground (becoming prone until your next turn), and dramatically exclaim to the world (the surrounding area), of how much agony you are in. Any hostile creatures that can see you, must succeed on a wisdom saving throw, or fall prone as well laughing, and on future turns, they must make another wisdom saving throw to stop laughing and be able to stand back up.

Pie. Manifest an illusion of a pie into your hand and throw it at a creature you can see up to 30 ft. away. The creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw, or will suffer from the blinded condition, and must make a wisdom saving throw on their future turns, until they succeed to be able to see through the illusion (succeeding gets cures them of the blinded condition).

Honk. Squeeze your own nose, producing a honk sound, any hostile creature(s) within 30 ft. is drawn to the sound, and must succeed on a wisdom saving throw, on failure, said creature(s) can only target you for their next turn.

Unbreakable Funny Bone

At 6th level, you learn the art of durability, you could say your funny bone is unbreakable, you get a permanent +1 to your AC, and per a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, can inflict disadvantage on a hostile creature's attack roll as a reaction to being attacked by any melee attack.

I'm Done Clowning Around

Starting at 14th level, you begin to take your humorous arts way more seriously, you're done clowning around! You can cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. Casting using this feature gives any creature trying to make wisdom saving throws against this spell roll with disadvantage, and also causes said creature to take 3d8 psychic damage per failed wisdom saving throw against this spell.
