Base Class: Monk
You throw away everything in order to peruse the perfect physique. Monks of the Way of the Body believe that true strength derives only from themselves. They are the ultimate masters of fighting with only what they were born with; be it hand, foot, arm, or head. They learn special techniques and moves to drop their enemies with the tap of a finger, make their arm more useful than a shield, and inspire their allies using the deep knowledge they have learned.
Bodily Fortitude
You have tested your bare body against the elements as well as the physical endurance of its fortitude. You gain a natural resistance to the elements cold and heat weather types not gaining the usual disadvantages for being in those elements. you may use your reaction to roll your martial arts die and reduce the damage dealt to you by the amount rolled. you may also substitute your constitution for your unarmored defense instead of your wisdom.
Stillness of Mind
At 6th level, you gain the ability to heal yourself. As an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Athletic Excellence
When you are prone, standing up uses only 5 feet of your movement.
Climbing doesn't cost you extra movement.
You can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet.
You double your carrying capacity
Moving or lifting objects that would normally require an action instead only costs a bonus action.
Physical Perfection
You gain the following abilities as a result of reaching peak physical condition.
Expertise in Athletics and Acrobatics
Resistance against non-magical piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning damage
When you take the attack action, you may spend 2 ki points, to grant yourself an additional attack, and you may continue to pay 2 ki points per additional attack as you so choose.
