Paladin
Base Class: Paladin

The Oath of the Jester is an oath as humorous as it is old. Rituals of carnival, entertainment and of course, Jest,  bring this oath above. Called Champions of the Fae, or more specifically the spawn of Laughter, or in a group the Black Carnival. Paladins who swear this oath cast their lot with the side of cosmic humor, the struggle against darkness is much more humorous to them, the beauty of both the light and dark can be a preserving force stronger than any armor, weak willed or not. They love to spread joy and humor even in the bleakest of times, believing in a principal of chaos, justice for the morally correct (in their eyes), and of course laughter in the face of death. They adorn their armor with trinkets of what was funny from an enemy, a good example is the horn of a minotaur who never charged, the knees of a wraith (somehow) hammered into a plate to cover their breastplate, or skins tightly knitted with barks and woods into goods carts and selling their wares. Ranging from books to weapons. Their actions reflect their goal to preserve the humor of the world, usually by almost any means. Peace lovers, Chaos Causers, and the rabble rouser paladins exist, simply. For the Jester.

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.

House of Cards. You can use your Channel Divinity to create a house or maze made of cards to make the terrain difficult. As an action, you can cause ethereal cards to rise from the ground lifting any creatures on them, with you at the center. Each card comprising this structure has an AC of 10, and a health of 1, if a card is destroyed it disappears. Roll a D6, if you roll a 5 the house collapses and the ability ends. Each card is 5 foot wide, 10 foot tall, and 1 inch thick. You may design the house or maze as long as the entirety of the structure fits within a 30x30 foot area. You can design the maze as long as it fits within the 30x30 foot area, the Maze exists for 1 minute or until it collapses.

Malleable Shape. As an action you can use your Channel Divinity to force a creature of your size, and creature type within line of sight to make a charisma saving throw. If they fail, you switch places with them instantaneously, assuming their appearance as if under the effects of the Disguise Self spell, the same occurs for your opposition. Both disguises last for 10 minutes or until you use a bonus action to drop them, while the disguise lasts you have advantage on Charisma checks to appear as the creature in question. The save is based on your Charisma saving score.
