You follow a monastic tradition that teaches you to harness the elements. When you focus your ki, you can align yourself with the forces of creation and bend the four elements to your will, using them as an extension of your body.

Elemental Discipline

When you make an unarmed strike on your turn you can choose to spend 2 Ki points and enter a state of Balance, when you enter this state for the next 10 minutes the range of your unarmed strikes increases by 10 feet and you may choose one of the following elements (Fire, Water, Earth and Air) and deal an additional 1d6 damage depending on the element you chose (fire damage for fire cold damage for water poison damage for earth and thunder damage for air).

Elemental Stability

On your turn as a bonus action you can regain half your Ki points (Rounded Up) and choose 1 of the following damage types (Fire, Cold, Poison and Thunder) to gain resistance to for 1 hour this ability can be used only once per long rest.

Elemental Shield

On your turn as an action you can spend 3 Ki points to create an elemental shield around you that damages attackers that hit you. Whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, the shield erupts with powerful magic. the attacker takes 1d6 fire damage 1d6 cold damage 1d6 poison damage and 1d6 thunder damage. This effect lasts for 1 minute or until dismissed early as a bonus action.

Cone Of Elements

On your turn as an action you can spend 4 Ki points to cause a blast of elements erupts from your hands. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a dexterity saving throw. a creature takes 2d8 fire damage 2d8 cold damage 2d8 poison damage and 2d8 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
